Received a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Harvard University.
Violinist and Artistic Director of the Classic String Trio, Romantic Harp and Violin, Duo Divertimento, and Swingin' Strings 'n Keys.
Sheila has appeared as Concertmaster of the Worcester Symphony Orchestra, the Thayer Symphony and the Milford Symphony Orchestra. She has toured Europe and Russia, performing in orchestras and chamber ensembles.

Brian Clague, violist

Pursued his undergraduate studies at Montana State and University of New Mexico.
An active performer, he frequently records records for Boston Public Television at WGBH. As a violinist, he has served as concertmaster of Boston Chamber Ensemble.
He has been heard in Symphony Pro Musica, Civic Symphony of Boston, Brookline Symphony, Worcester Symphony Orchestra, and New Philharmonia. Brian has toured the USA, Europe, Russia, Poland, and Japan.

Mary Carfagna, 'cellist

Received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from California Institute of the Arts, Masters of Music from St. Louis Conservatory and an Artist's Diploma from Brandeis University.
Ms. Carfagna has appeared as soloist with the North Shore Philharmonic, Trinity College Concert Series, and the Elizabeth Carpenter Concert Series. Mary was principal cellist with Boston Civic Symphony and Lexington Sinfonietta. She currently performs with Boston Lyric Opera, Thayer Symphony, Trio Mas Musica, and the Classic String Trio.

Carl Kamp, classical guitarist

Earned his degree from the University of Massachusetts.
Performing more than 30 years some of Carl's performance venues include First Night Worcester, WICN-FM, WCUW, the Worcester Art Museum, Soloist with the Bach Society of Worcester, the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, Holy Cross, Clark University, in New York City at the National Arts Club and Baruch College as well as Europe and South America.
Carl's other ensembles include two guitars, guitar and mandolin, guitar and flute, and guitar and piano.

Kallin Johnson, pianist
|
Earned his Bachelor of Arts at Utah State University and Masters in Music from New England Conservatory, Boston MA.
Kallin has appeared as guest soloist with several orchestras. In 1999 he played Gershwin's "I Got Rhythm" Variations with the Worcester Polytechnic Institute Orchestra. Kallin was also guest soloist in Central Massachusetts Symphony Orchestra performances in 2000 through 2004.
A busy jazz pianist too, Kallin plays often as a soloist and in trios and quartets. Kallin has performed with many jazz greats including Dave Samuels, vibraphonist, of Spiro Gyra and Frank Zappa fame.

Lira Schmidt Cady, harpist

Is a graduate of Atlantic Union College.
Carl Swanson, noted harpist and builder of harps, has been her teacher. In 1977 Lira joined the New England Youth Ensemble and toured with them in the U.S., Canada, Caribbean, Israel, Romania, and Europe.
Lira has appeared with the Thayer Symphony Orchestra, Central Massachusetts Symphony, a flute duo, and many area ensembles.
